There’s a handyman that deals with any bigger maintenance problems. If a kitchen door is broken. The cleaner calls the handyman. If there is a problem with the boiler, the handyman fixes it.
The beauty of working with one person regularly is that they treat you well. So problems are fixed quickly and cheaply without you needing to get involved.

There’s one more person that you need to run your holiday let. Someone to make the guests feel welcome and answer all their questions. I call this person the PA.
The PA deals with guest communication pre, during and post their stay. So if the guests can’t find the towels, they call the PA. If the guests can’t turn on the heating, they call the PA.
After the stay the PA texts and emails the guests to ask for a review. So the PA role is critical.
