My name is Aran Curry. Today I’m lucky enough to say that property has given me a life beyond my wildest dreams. It’s put my kids through private school, given me a bigger house, faster cars and better holidays than I ever thought possible.


Most importantly, property investing has given me the relief and security of never having to worry about money ever again. Because regardless of what happens with the economy, my property portfolio pays me every month.

Those three things got me started in property. But without the right knowledge and experience, I ran headfirst into a costly mistake… and then bounced from one mistake to another.

What made these mistakes so hard to live with was I was losing someone else’s life savings.

You see, my investor wasn’t a faceless pension fund with limitless pockets. It was my next-door neighbour, Mark, who had worked hard his entire life, and never bought a flashy car so he could save for his future.

I convinced Mark that with his savings and my time and determination we would both become wealthy through property...

But with each terrible property I bought, my actions pushed me further from the promise I made to Mark.

With the weight of Mark’s life savings on my back, I had to find a way to make property profitable.

So I performed an audit on every property I’d bought so I could learn from my mistakes.

This was a surprisingly fruitful exercise that filled 30 pages of notes. I remember wondering why  I didn’t do this sooner.

The next thing I did was…

I interviewed 50 of the most successful active investors in the country
My criteria for a successful property investor was someone making a £100,000+ property income consistently... for at least the last 5 years.

Now you might be wondering why these successful investors would give up their time and share their hard-won secrets with an ambitious, yet clueless kid like me?

The simple answer is that I asked.

The first interview was the hardest to get. I asked 10 investors and one said yes.

After that it was easy to speak with these property masters because I asked each investor if they knew anyone that I should speak to. They all said yes and made an introduction to the next investor.

With this simple recommendation process, I got a property investing masterclass from the most successful active investors in the country.

After 50 interviews I had 5 notebooks crammed full of notes.
